The current president, Keiko Itakura, produced it herself, and after trial and error, commercialized it as a great bestseller of “Kaori”! We made a white wine-based jelly with the motif of the cherry blossoms that gave the name “Kaori”. The jelly contains double cherry blossom petals, and the scent of cherry blossoms spreads in your mouth. It is also appreciated as a souvenir for overseas.
